They have pooped a lot and has gone from white to brown in most of them so I am sure they have had some parasites but the one that is most sick if I do see him poop it is very small and still white I afraid I really need to get him to east something so he can pass this better. Any ideas to get him to eat? He ate blood worms and mysis shrimp like crazy before he got sick but won't really take them now he will just suck one up and spit it back out.
Please help I don't know what to do.

When I was treating for the ich every day between 30 & 40 percent replacing removed salt and prime. Then since I have had the prazipro in the tank I have only sucked out the large chunks of poop so maybe just a few gallons each night and would put one more teaspoon of the prazipro back in afterwards.
I have read that prazipro only works for 3 days. Is this true? And if so should I do another big water change and add another full dose of prazipro?
I the Ich has completely gone away and stayed away.
Almost all of the fish are acting fine now and seem to have kicked the parasites also whatever they were. The silver aro is doing great, eating well, and his fins are growing back very rapidly. All 4 dats are doing great they are all eating well and the one that wouldn't eat at all is now one of the best eaters, and they are now in a small struggle to establish who is the dominant one of the dats in the tank. 3 of the Menarambos are doing awesome. Starting to get a little color eating well posturing more and acting great. The 4th one doesn't lay sideways on the bottom anymore he swam normal and acted normal for a few days but I never was able to see him eat anything. He is definitely skinnier and less colorful than the other 3 and still swims around a bit but spends a lot of time just hanging out on the bottom but still upright and doesn't look like he is laboring to breath. But I can't get him to eat anything unless he catches something off the bottom when am not looking. When it is time to eat he swims around and goes up to the food and looks at it but won't try to eat any of it. I am worried that if he doesn't eat soon he will starve himself to death.
Water parameters still testing the same. Still doing small water changes everyday and one big one a week. Still using prazi pro on 3 days off for 2 on 3 days off for 2. Don't know what else to try.
I have tried feeding blood worms, misis shrimp, krill, pellets, he won't eat any of it.

It's good to hear things are generally doing better. Sometimes one doesn't pull through for some reason. Weaker genetics I don't know.
I just posted in another thread sometimes you have to try somthing different if it a parasite the prazi wouln't kill. Try using Tetra Parasit gard it's Praziquantel, Dflubenzuron, Metronidazole and Acriflavin. Might just do the job.

Well today was a sad day. I woke up this morning to find the one Menarambo that was not doing the best to be dead. He fought so hard I have been amazed he made it through what he did but then got past those thoughts because he was such a fighter I thought for sure he would pull through. It just wasn't the case. It is really sad to have worked so hard and seen him fight so hard to make it this long and be gone. Even though young and only had him for a few weeks he will be missed.
