Please help ID a problem

It's a common form of algal growth caused be excess waste, poor water quality or an over usage of water conditioners that contain phosphates.
 
going to need a few things.
1. tank size (what size tank are they in)
2. tank mates ( any other fish in the tank, type and size)
3. water perams ( what is ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, type of water test kit used)
4. water change schedule (how often do you change the water)
5. filtration you have (what kind and how many filters)
6. feeding schedule and what do you feed them.
7. last but not least a pic, picture is worth a thousand words.

some you have answered but will really need as many answered that you can.

Ok so in the tank right now I have a moral eel a peacock eel A eartheater chiclid 2 clown loaches one green scat one electric ram and that's about it I change the water ones a week feeding schedule one in the morning one at night and mostly blood worms and I test my water at the local petco
