Cant tell on the Ornate, but the Albino is probably a male (not 100% sure) I would need to see a closer pic or wait til it grows more.

The Albino could be a Male, but the Ornate looks to be too young still. And we would need a tail shot.

What are the growth rates of the Albino and Ornatipinnis?

Ornate would have a growth spike during juvenile stage.
Expect 1~3" of growth in 1 month

If they're looked after properly, should be in the range of 1" per month or so.
