How do you identify the gender of bichirs? I didnt post the picture of my senegal (not the albino) because I wanted to learn how. Please teach me.

You tell by the size of the anal fin.

If they're looked after properly, should be in the range of 1" per month or so.

While on the topic, if growth rate is slow, is that unhealthy?
