i agree.its a redline SH/channa micropeltes/red SH/giant SH.....sorry,man:(:(,but up here in vancouver,they are so common.one lfs has 2"-4" for $9.99 canadian and another lfs has FAT 5 inchers for $29.99 canadian each.they seem to grow exponentially,every time i visit the store,every week.they've been there for 6-8 weeks now.....regards:)

Yes,channa micropeltes or red line snakehead(juev). For aquarium standards it gets huge and requires a huge tank.

They grow to a maximum size of 2.5' to 3' in aquaria. They are awesome fish, and when they reach their maximum size, they will be a great sight to behold. I like them more than aros. :P

yeah, they do grow really fast, they got fatter too, a bit greedy though, but looks alright to me; well the only thing to do now is to get a bigger tank for them, they do look nice when they are huge in size, I saw pictures of them in the web, anyway, thanks a lot guys
