looks like an white version of an Florida Gar..
(lol i know they can change color)

Can you take another photo try using the Macro on the camera maybe you can get a better detailed shot for us. but like i said lookslike an Florida Gar to me..
 
Already been established but it seems to be a severely washed-out Florida. Should color up with good care.

I saw some other members specimens, that were kept with white or light coloured sand.
They stayed very silvery.
The gar will change more colour on dark substrate.
Substrate colour seems to effect the Gar's eventual colour.
