I would grab a few at $25..but at that price I can almost gaurentee they are NOT kelberi.

Urgh how would you even begin to tell the diff between kelberi, mono, and ocell at that size?! ;_; I get that orinos and others have cheek markings, and the black stripe doesn't go all the way through the tail, but what about all those little buggers that have no markings on their cheeks, and the black horizontal stripe through their tail at the 2-3 inch mark?

And not wild at that. :)

Heather, that is the fun part of raising bass at a small age. My Peruvian monos had cheek marking at 2"-3". Kelberis are a little tricky to ID. I personally have a file of pictures on my laptop with Kelberis that has been imported since 2008. Location, who brought them in and so on. The pictures I have, I can cross reference them to give me a general idea what and where the Kelberis came from.

Ocells are rather easy to ID. Longer bar 1, 2 and 3. The first bar will extend pass the pectoral fins on either side.

Thanks guys, i know the owner well he sells to me at cost on live stock. He is selling at $80-$100 depending on size. I bring him a lot of business. Looking at him in my tank and looking at pics i'm confident it is a kelberi. Wild or not, i will never know. I'll post better pics over the weekend.
