Ac 110 is all you need with that size tank. When you start looking at canisters dont even think about Fluval go Eheim. You can have one running by your bed for years and never hear it. Probably service it 4 times in one year.
Fluval... Eheim... why does no one ever mention the Rena Filstars? I have the xp4 and it makes nearly 0 noise. I can only hear it if I put my head right next to it, at night, when my whole house is really quiet, and I'm trying to hear it. On top of that, it costs way less.
