Please help me decide, new fish, JAG, or Oscar?

I really want to get a new BIG fish. I was planning on getting an Oscar but then I saw free jag's on craigs list. Im torn. Both would be a second attempt. My 1st attempt with an oscar, I had to remove him as my red devil would not tolorate him. The 1st time I had a Jag, I had to get rid of him because My black shark was pounding him. Which do you think is a better fish? Which do you think would be a better gamble?

Its a 125 Gallon tank, characteristics arent really important, just looking for a large healthy fish to add.

Jag would be my choice as well, however, a jag will most likely tolerate fewer tankmates... Are there any fish in there now?

Yeah a devil and a black shark are really the only signifgant ones. The shark tore into my last jag, I had to get rid of him.

I've never had a black shark but I hear they're extremely aggressive.

black sharks are nuisances! freaking crazy aggro and UGLY IMO
i jag would deffinitely be able to take more punishment than an oscar thats for sure
