Oxyeleotris marmorata and attain 15-20 Inches give or take :)

The first does look like a young marbled sleeper, another of the Elotridae family, not a goby but related. They are also called Soon Hock (Oxyeleotris marmorata) and get to about 30", don't trust with other fish, I have had a 10" one eat an 8" bass. The other one looks like another in the same family, the northern mud gudgeon (Ophiocara porocephala), both of these species share range with the Butis.

old thread but that actually looks like a water cow. The sleeper has a more uniform coloration to in top to bottom. That fish has a half dark half light eye, looks like a water cow. They don't grow as large, about 17-18 inches and can eat almost there own size fish. haha, not very aggressive though and cichlids not small enough to be eatin will harass it unless they decide to leave it alone. Cool fish though.

Not a water cow, by the way, there are at least a dozen eleotridae that have common names that include the word sleeper. For example the water cow (eleotris picta) is more commonly listed as a spotted sleeper (at least outside of LFS).
