Hi...
Due to early shipping of my order .I got my flowerhorn but I didn't cycle my tank
so I am having a flowerhorn in uncycled tank
I have put some xo battle bacteria in my tank what to do now please help me I don't want to loss this beautiful fish

Okay... flowerhorns being tank bred fish will be more resilient to ammonia and nitrates etc. Just follow the guidelines for a 'fish in' cycle. It's not much fun for the fish but eminantly survivable with no lasting effects to your fish.

Throw in some fish food and let it decay. That will feed the bacteria. If you just throw in the bacteria with nothing to eat, it will die, along with any fish you put in the tank. I would suggest seachem stability.

Throw in the fish food daily until you get the flowerhorn. Before you get him, do a big water change (%75-90) and put him in. That should work, but add the bacteria daily to be safe.

Don't add ammonia to the tank if the fish is already shipping. Just let the fish produce the ammonia and do daily water changes for the first 3 weeks, then you should be fine.
