Agree with the ID. I would call it a Kamfa. Rtc/tsn Rtc/tsn has given you some ? information. I was wondering, do you ever feed your flower horn frozen food?

i do feed hikari frozen BW but stopped as i scare there is parasite in it.

a side conversation, hes a very aggressive fish, everytime i put my hand him to clean the tank he charge at my hand and try to bite. but he like it that i pat his head and body. i want to know do their bite hurts?

Their bites don’t really hurt. It’s like those taser gum packs where you pull out a piece of gum and it shocks you real quick. It just surprises you and gives you a good jump which I always laugh at in return. They will draw blood though.

I would say it's a more recent developed strain of a Zhen Zhou. Most probably done by crossing a zhen Zhou from Indonesia and a malau from Malaysia. Definitely not a kamfa as body shape and finnage more towards zhen zhou/malau. Might have some kamfa during the breeding process in between generation but from the looks of the FH, zz/malau genes is more dominant.

Life span is hard to say. I had 0ne that lived up to 8 years and some up to 5 years. If you are lucky, I had heard of 10 years.
