def stressed and you will see what everyone means after it switches back to its normal color on you
im no expert on sexing them but i no that what your looking for in the fish wether its male or female cant be seen because of fishes stress level
 
This is an exremely stressed out fish. You probably want to look into the cause of that.
Like others have said, hard to sex with that coloration. Kinda looks female, but I think I see and male sex organ in the first pic. My vote is male.
 
i cannot stress enough the fact that this fish isn't stressed. the only other fish in the tank with it that is the same size is a synspillum and the jag makes it piss. It is always begging food food and very interactive with me - i know when i fish is stressed.

It looks better in the last picture. The previous pics do look like a stressed or ill Jag though. Remember, stress isn't always brought on by tankmates. Incorrect water parameters, inappropriate tank size, inadequate space, and illness can all stress a fish. But like I said, it looks fine in the last pic that you just posted.

This looks much better than before and i still say female now im 100% sure tho.
