Canada... i wish.
WELL i just looked at my tank and one of my orino is at the top of the tank... it almost looks as if its gasping for air... he is swimming on he side and i tried to hold him upright for a couple min but nothing.. what can i do?!?!?!?!?!?!?

raise the temp and turn the lights off but generally when theyre on their side its game over =(

F***K!!!!!! right now he is going ballistic in the tank. tried holding him under the airstone to help him catch his breath with no results... i really dont want to lose this one :(

this may sound silly but is there a cave in the tank you could place him in so he isnt stuck at the top

:cry::cry::cry:He is swimming in "loopty loops" i really dont think he is going to make it

The stress on the fish from continuously grabbing him isn't going to help. You're going to have to wait it out if he is floating on his side. Besides the gasping what else is he doing? Will he swim around at all, even if not upright?

Just read about the spiralling. It doesn't sound good. Sorry, bro.

you could either
1. try to hold him in the water by putting him in a cave of some sort
2. try to hold him in your hand
3. (because it sounds like a air bladder inflation) try the very risky procedure of fixing it by poking it with a needle (or so Ive heard)
4. put it out of its missery =/
5. just leave him in the tank and see what happens

Most fish with an air bladder infection will otherwise be acting normal. Even eating, just forced to stay at the surface. This sounds worse. :(
