Hi, thanks for all your help! I read your intro to stingrays post and it has been very helpful. I posted some new pics of my ray in the photo lounge if you want to see him, he ate some blackworms today ( fed him before I read your post) I am getting ready to do the water change now and will update you later.
 
Well I had my tapwater tested and it only had a trace of ammonia in it. All of my levels have dropped but only slightly
Amonia 4.0 ppm
Nitrate 160ppm
Nitrite Trace
PH 6.0
He ate some blackworms today so I feel good about that! We are going to try the massive water change today hope that helps. I posted some new pics of him taken today if you want to see them.
 
remember to use ammo lock!! ammo is the big problem and and 2nd to that is nitrites!!! so get ammo lock before you water change, you want to eliminate ammonia!! not change ammonia water with ammonia water!
 
Just remeber that after u use ammo lock its still gonna show up on the tests because it jus turn it into a safe ammonia for fish.. seems like your filters wernt even cylced from that first read out
