If true however you may disregard my previous post here which understandably would have made no sense to you whatsoever.
We usually heat/boil our water in "tea kettles/pots" on a stove using gas or sometimes electric burners. You comment on your kettle without even getting into the fact you "if I recall correctly" use DC rather then AC.
