Please help!! my arrow can't upright himself

I took him out of the tank and into a plastic tote added salt and melafix. his hill movement has slowed and he doesn't react when I touch him. should I move him back and forth through the water or am I delaying the inevitable. could he survive?

It's probably best to put him somewhere dark and hope for the best, the more he gets moved the more stressed he will be, never say never but they rarely pull threw with these symptoms. I hope he does make it, good luck

Sorry for your loss. Just out of curiosity what other fish were in the tank? And how big was the arowana? And do you test your water with test tubes?
