Hello All

What are these white dots on my geophagus? I know it’s not ick. How can I treat?

Could be lymphocystis spots. Clean water and make sure it’s eating. Would monitor for now.

Increase your water change schedule and volume, until your average nitrate reading is less than 10ppm, and then keep up that schedule.
20% to 30% per week is not sufficient for Geophagines, I consider even 50%-60% bare minimum, my average is 90 to 120% per week for riverine species.
