Please help! Red dots on my flowerhorn.

So i noticed some very small dots on my flowerhorns tail yesterday but didnt think nothing of it. Today iv noticed they have dubbled in size and its worring me now. Does anyone know what they are and how i treat/prevent them??

I've had a flowerhorn that had that.. Clean water fixed it up.. Just keep an eye on your fish and if anything happens to those open sores then you should act accordingly.

I used to have a red devil that had one on her tail. It stayed there all her life. It looked exactly like those and it was in the same area. Looks just like an open soar but never got it to go away. Either way she never showed signs that it stressed her out or anything so I stopped worrying about it.

Actually the pics are extreemly deciving for some reason, in the pics they look like open sores. In real life there actually little bumps sticking out (exactly like a pimple, only pointier) and the humps are about 3mm tall! The pic's make them look like there flat and open.

They will pop soon.. Thought they had already popped already but oops lol
