add some salt to the water.. and bump the temp up.. probably 70-81 would be the best.. keep the water clean.. and monitor the fish every few hours.. water changes at 25% daily.. hope it gets better soon..

i have over 8 redtails ranging from 2'' long to bubba my biggest one 50'' long (9000 gallon ) pond i know there tough but i am very worried about him. do you think he will make it or am i just being crue to him ?

Is he breathing heavily..?? If the fish still seems calm in any manner den there is a high chance it will make it.. but if its breathing heavily and trying to fight too hard.. i would put it off to keep it easy for urself and the fish..
