please help sick fish!

She has been nibbling bits of lettuce here and there. Still no interest in pellets. But has has quite an attitude with the other fish, and has been digging out a hole. Has more interest in lettuce today.
I noticed on Tuesday morning she had a small white stuff coming back on her head again. Not much maybe 3-4 bumps. So I dipped her in the meth blue and salt bath and the next day they were gone.
