At this very moment I'm building my overflow and I need to know how high to place the Tee in the back.

Awww, I would have loved to have answered this, considering I went through the nightmare of building two.

I'll do it anyways. :D

As low as possible so long as it does not go lower than the bottom, in-tank loop.
