Please Help Weird bugs.

Are they jumping on the water surface? Or are they swimming in the water?

i think they were jumping on the water but i am not 100% sure

and by that pic, I'm not 100% sure, but i think they did look like that, i can't see them now that i filled the tank back up, but all my fish seem fine, they actually seem more healthy and active lately.

If they are jumping on the water they are either springtails or wingless midges, if crawling on glass and underside of water surface then they are probably water mites, all these are harmless.
