Hello everyone I'm thinking of turning my 300 gallon tank into a monster fish tank. I had discus there for over two years and it's time to go bigger MONSTER BIG lol.
Can you please suggest what kind of fish I should have in there. I'm new to MFK but I have had experience with cichlids, Haps, discus and plants for over 18 years. I'm looking for good quality fish that I might later on on put in a bigger tank. I live in Los Angeles county where can I buy some. Please please help. Thanks.

What are the dimensions, 30" wide or 24" wide?

I suggest polypterus and you could add a mid water swimming species with them nothing to aggressive though.

You could try larger cichlids, like parachromis, Veija, etc...
