Please help!!!!

I have heard nothing but great things about this website and I'm hoping someone can help me ID a fish. I just recently got into Africans and am not sure what I have here. The place I bought it from had him by himself in an unmarked tank and they were not sure what he is. Can someone please help?

i think the blue is a blue ahli

It could be a Blue Ahli Hap by the look of the elongated jaw.

I've been away for quite some time as far as the hobby goes so I can't remember which one it is.

Thanks for that site, I may be wrong, but flipping through it looks like a Blue Orchid Peacock. The pics of the Blue Orchid and mine look real similar. Any other thoughts?

my first thought is some kind of peacock, not a hap though.

It is likely an Aulonocara stuartgranti of some sort. Give it some time to show more color, though you do know that you may never know what it is if it came out of a mixed tank...
