I bought a teacup ray about 1 month ago and " he " is/was doing great, then about a week ago a bought a motoro and she is about 8 inch in diameter.. question is that the motoro is eating like a champ from the get-go she will pound down earthworms untill she looks like a basketball. I was feeding the teacup live bloodworms because that is all i could get him to eat, due to talking to a guy that deals in stingrays he cautioned/urged me not to feed him live bloodworms because of potential disease ect... so.......I switched to frozen bloodworms and he wont eat them, i have tried cutting up earthworms for his little mouth and he wont eat them, he wont eat the krill my aro and moray eel eats, wont touch brine shrimp or ghost shrimp. I gave him some more live bloodworms and he went crazy eating them. I have tried mixing live with frozen for about a week and he picks through them and leaves the frozen ones ( i am finding that they are very smart ).. what can i do ???? sbhould i just give him live ones ?? please help. I am new at rays and i dont want to loose my little one. thank you.
