Ok i dont know whats goin on. i will give all info i can, I had 4 mollies die on me in the past 9 hrs. I woke up and my male dalmation molly was dead. So i took him out and did a test strip on the water, the alkalinity was the only thing off and barely. so i did a seperate ammonia test which was fine check the ph seperately it was fine, then did a nitrite test and it was fine. So i just kept an eye on them, about 2hrs later my gold molly died. So i did a 75% water change, starting to worry at that time. Then about 30 min ago i found my other two mollies dead. i did another water change and cleaned the tank. and put all my other fish in a rubbermaid. I couldnt find anything wrong with them no diseases or parasites that i could see. Please if you know anything about something like this happening.

Is your tank cycled? Have you added any new fish?

Its been set up for over 2 yrs now, and i did change filters but that was over six months ago. What kinda of parasite would it be and how can i fix it? and i have put anything new in there... I did take my pleco out to put in my bigger tank but that couldnt of done anything.

oh i did buy a baby pleco day before yesterday, but he is in my quarantine tank, so i dont want to put him in there now if he is just gonna die.

Oh man i woke up this today and two more of my fish are dead please help!!!! How do i fix this???? Water is cycled and there was nothing new added to the tank.

if it helps ive been watching one of my fish act crazy swim like he is on crack or something. He is staying close to the bottom which is normal for him but his is goin back and forth and then he will shoot to the back of the tank. Thats not normal he usually is a very casual swimming fish.

Possibly contamination. Did you just get these fish? They could of been sick/weak to begin with. Dont do too many water changes it will make things worse. Add some new carbon to the tank and maybe an air stone.

Is he flashing? it looks like he is scratching himself on aquarium decor... if this is the case you most likely have a parasite. but you haven't mention anything in your descriptions which leads me to think there are no visual symptoms?

Unfrotunately without more information it is impossible to tell what it could be. My first recomendation would be to get a API liquid test kit as the strips are almost always wrong.

As far as things you can try aerate the tank more, do small water changes twice a week, add some aquarium salt according to directions and try to observe any weird behaviors.
