My filter won't stop shooting out these micro bubbles. The bubbles keep collecting at the top causing a foam like substance and its stressing out my gar. please help before he breaks his back or something

and in the filter theres a microfiltration pad, bio chem zorb, bio-chem stars, amd PPl foam in the bottom
Being that it's only 2 weeks old, just sounds like it's getting the air out from when you started, slowly. Did this just begin? You might also have a small hole somewhere that is letting air in. How is it stressing out your gar?
Keep the intake well away from any bubble producing item like an out take or air stone or powerhead.
it just started like 3 days ago..its not consistant it happens about 1-2times a day..and it all clears up after about a hour after the filter is done blowing out the microbubbles and starts back to normal...when its happening the gar starts to go crazy and tends to keep pushing back to make his body form like a U and then dashes and does it again.
