Please help!

So I know I just posed a thread asking some advice but that didn't get many replies and Now I have a new problem coming! My poor little teacup ray wont eat! I have only tried feeders which he is too big for in my opinion, krill all chopped up to his size. And bloodworms! Usually with my old motoro bloodworms would do the trick but this little one wouldn't even take a bite. I hate to say this and it makes me really sad but I can even see the indent on his forhead is starting to come in. He needs to eat like NOW. I am willing to buy whatever. I am about to make a trip down to the local pet shop and wanted some suggestions on what to get. I have heard blackworms and will get those forsure.

Oh I forgot to mention, he is very active and swims around all the time and the the water looks just about perfect. HE JUST WON'T EAT! Stubborn little guy
 
Try the blackworms my guys gobble them up! Red worms, Market prawns, cockles, and anything else rays are known to eat. Just try it in desperate time.

Thank you. Im not sure that his one is captive bread or wild caught. I have a hunch it is wild caught so isn't it true they usually won't eat anything except live food at first? Do you think I could try some ghost shrimp? Or are they too quick?

Alright so I went down to the LFS and of course they didn't have any blackworms. They said it was more of a saltwater thing so I would have to go to a specialty salt water store. So I ended up with shrimp pellets, mystis shrimp, and ghost shrimp. NOTHIN! The little ghosts walk right infront of his face and he doesn't even move. But he is still swimming around the side of the glass. This is so annoying because I really don't want him to die. He won't take a bite out of anything!
 
How long have you had him in your tank? When you say your water looks clean it may look like it but may not be. Test your water parameters. I'll find your other thread to see what info you allready said.
 
buy him some red clawed crabs take off the claws first though
 
Usually from my experience, Retic rays are very stubborn when it comes to eating. try getting some live black worms. Drop them in the tank and keep the lights off. Good luck.
 
keep the lights off, get black worms..... black worms are not just salt water.... Try some earth worms as well and cut the earth worms in pieces I have never seen a ray NOT eat earth worms
