DONT FEED THEM FEEDERS:irked: The whole point is to get them off of live foods... You're now pedaling backwards, And unless you are running a MAJOR molly operation, Your supply will most definitely not meet your demand. Also I believe feeding feeders makes fish more aggressive long-term.

image.jpgThank you all for your replays, it is hard getting pellets to them as my silver dollars, and Oscar make it hard for them because that Dats don't come to the top. Would they eat sinking pellets? (Even those get gobbled up quick by my tank mates. I appreciate all your help, they seem to be getting along better, would you still take out 2 and leave the best one ore should I at least try to keep three? These are not the best pics as they were stressed, they usually have nice bars. Let me know what you think.

You need to feed sinking pellets

Hikari sinking carnivore or massivore are the best pellets to get them started on

And yes the are indo

Sorry one more question, should I try to keep the three or just one, I can't pull the trigger either way so please help me decide.

Try to keep the 3. It seems you really want this!! Just be able to diagnose exactly the point where one or 2 of them is being negatively affected by 1 or 2 of them. This is the real tough part cause 1 or 2 just will not eat like 1 or 2 at some point. Could happen now or could happen down the line. Tough because they most likely will not kill each other. They will all eat something you being satisfied & it's easy for an owner to be satisfied with this. But you will see over time that there will be different growth rates in relation to the overall food consumption by each individual. Your best growing individual will most likely be your datnoid that patrols the whole tank and never has hesitations during feedings...I've never did live food for long a long stretch of time with groups of dats, so results may differ as lagging tigers can bang out feeders at night to catch up. Just have plenty of gutloaded feeders at night..Interesting when I think about this, but a lot of extra work for you over a very long stretch if you stay with feeders for a lifetime. Still would guess it would be a longshot get proper growth rates...My advice from here is to select the individual you like the best within a few months & sell the others or wait for some chasing & sell immediately or try the gutloaded live only route with lots of feeders in there esp at night.gd luck

Thank you very much. That was very helpful and everyone on here is helpful and I appreciate the advise!!!
