Question is there a female in tank that he likes,that can mske kok go down but his went way way down What kind foods feeding him , also check your heater, could be shocking water

I put my hand in the tank everyday so it's not the heater for sure. Foods are brine shrimp and hikari gold. His food has not been changed. He's growing massive and acting perfectly fine. No female except for his sister but he never showed interest in terms of females.

I literally cannot be more baffled... He's growing so big literally but his kok isn't. He looks like a red devil Kamfa lol

I feel since he's been in a community tank his whole life if I isolate him he'll become too aggressive. It happened to one of my fish and had to get rid of him became a lunatic
