I doubt silver dollars would bring out the hump...he wouldn't see them as a threat...it would need to be, imo, another cichlid that he would need to show dominance over...that's why the mirror works as well...hang it up and let him see his reflection..he'll think it's another male in his territory that he needs to stand up to.

he absolutely hate his reflection lol.

i put the light at the front of the tank, and he'll go nuts haha.
he hates everything, the only thing he likes is this piece of wood.
he gaurds it like it's a fortress.

but his hump is 100% gone lol
he has been eating a lot but no hump, it just comes out the back.
