IS this disc curl? She was fine yesterday. I did a 50% water change today. I added another ray in the tank yesterday but they get along great. After the did the water change she was still like this so I feed her bloodworms and she eat them all. Here disc goes up then it come down. This morning though I found her up-side-down. I filped her over then began all the suff the just explained.
Here are pics:

Her disk seemed like it was bitten by something or damaged at least. Check your water parameters and she does look a little skinny.

How long have you gotten this ray? What size and what type is the new ray?

I also see you have a royal pleco, that could be another suspect to why she is like this. Plecos seems to like sucking the slime coat off other fish like rays for instance.

I would add salt and bump up temp just to be safe. IMO from the pictures you provided she doesn't seem to have anything wrong with her disk at all. Besides what I mentioned above.

Thanks you so much for your help. I have a massive dirftwood price in the tank for the plco. He is mostly on it all the time. I have never seen him bug her. He has been with rays before and no problem yet. The new ray is about 2" disc size bigger than here and it's a motoro where as she is a marble motoro.
I work at a fish store so tonight I wil take my water in.

Water parameters come in yet?

Snow, please post your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. How low is the pH? Forget the pH adjusting chemicals. They will only harm your fish as the pH keeps swinging constantly. Your fish will be unable to adapt to such extremities. Why are you trying to increase the pH? What is the pH exactly between your tapwater and tankwater? What are your KH and GH? Just for reference, KH is carbonate hardness and GH is general hardness. Test kits for both parameters by API are available but you have to buy them separately since they are not included in the master test kit.
