i dont worry about the levels of nitrifying bacteria i had that tank funning for 5 months already. so all i can really do is raise the temp and put salt(which i already did)

Being setup for 5 months means nothing. Ammonia has to be continuously introduced to an aquarium for nitrifying bacteria to survive, thrive, and reproduce. If there hasn't been a fish in the quaranteen tank or it has been only lightly stocked, you very well could and likely will have water quality problems. Just check your water quality to be safe.
