Its a female because the vent tube is pointing forwards. A male would be thin, pointy, and point backwards. Strain is zhen zhou but kind of looks like a kamalau which is a zz mixed with kamfa. With zz females will also have the black marking in the top dorsal fin which isn't the best way to sex them but adds to my belief that its a female. She is a nice female better find a big strong male twice her size if you plan on breeding.
