Thanks for the advice. he is a skinnY little bugger and thats what scared me a bit. i will let him be for a couple days to see if he gets more comfortable. I did catch a glance of him yawning and even for a little guy his mouth can get HUGE!
 
If he is looking skinny like you said it would be a good idea to get him eating anything, even live for a few days then try something like pellets. I feed mine crushed massivore pellets and my NGT gets shrimp stuffed with massivore but he is big enough to swallow a decent sized piece.
If you can get a good source of blackworms I'd suggest doing so to atleast get him eating something.
