That is a Fahaka, it is just showing a mottled pattern which is typical for juvenile specimens. How big is it?

Agreed its a Fahaka, although the molted pattern isn't just for juvis... mine is almost 14-15" and still has a molted pattern...

^ Yeah, some one on here once mentioned that hes guessing that Female fahaka's might be the only ones to bare a molted pattern, where as the males have the solid colors... now i can't confirm this, but i know for a fact mine is a female, and she has a molted pattern...

^ No problem, always happy to help... but i have to admit, i'm actually quite curious to test out that posters theory on fahakas pattern and their sexes... Since if what he theorized is correct, we maybe able to (possibly) sex fahakas in the future...
