what the variant of my rhomb?
the size is about 9cm.
some people say is golden, some say peru..:confused:

guess what? you can call it whatever you want. it can be a gold peru rhom if you want. they're all just nicknames based on color or collection point
 
its a peru..but ya a rhomb is a rhomb pretty much...but if u want to get technical an tactical its a peru...
 
Do you know where is the rhom is collected? a lot of the rhoms are from Peru but doesn't mean 100% yours is from Peru unless you know exactly where it's collected, the only way to be sure is pulling the fish out of the river yourself.
the "different types" of rhom available on the market nowadays are all a description of its appearance or collection point. For example a diamond variant has glittery scales that shines like a diamond, Xingu rhom is collected from Rio Xingu, etc.

unfortunately i don't know where is my rhomb come from...
i buying from a local store and the seller just say "this is serrasalmus rhombeus",,he did not say where it come from..
but,,another local seller tell me that's a peru rhomb...maybe i can trust him...:)

Yep, all based on the collection point. Otherwise you won't know.
