The head is throwing me off.

The reason i think it is cuda. The red on the tail, the black spot on the tail, the rainbow coloration on the sides, the pointed head. And the teeth you mentioned ----------------Most of the brycon i have seen have a different head shape. Like a dorrado or a trout species. -------------if this is a cuda it is nice and plump one for sure. I have owned a few and they were all more slender.

Im glad everyone is as stumped as me when it comes to wehat this guy is.. i Am very well aware of all the more common acestrorhynchus and brycon look like and i am 100% sure that he is not a red tail cuda.. hence why i am asking..
