I think hybrid might be the right track . . . looks kinda like a JD (or EBJD), kinda like a carpintis, but not enough to definitely be either . . .

yeah def not pure carpintis, for a second i thought brasiliensis but i think the body is a bit off for that, so im going to go with some type of carpintis hybrid

Actually its too stunning for a JD.. i agree..maybe a Herichthys carpintis "Escondio"
