I not convinced that it's not Vieja/Paratheraps. Just doesn't look Oreochromis to me.
I think fene...er catemaco is a good call.

Well, the spot at the top of the gill plate certainly fits juvie Oreochromis. Can't say I have ever seen a spot quite like that on any Veija/paratheraps.
