Please ID this Ray

I certainly agree that it is in a rediculously small tank. I would love to buy it right now but I need another tank. I am looking for a 180 (6x2x2) if anyone knows where I can get a good deal on one.

i doubt its a retic, looks nothing like it. Also, being a former retic owner, I know if it was a retic and it was so stressed that the color changed like that, you can almost guarantee it would never reach the size of 6-8 inches!

the problem is there are so many variants of rays it's hard to tell, but it really doesn't matter. if the owner likes it then it his his ray!
