Hi,

sorry, but how can you tell they captive breed just by the pictures?

I'm not sure if this is how they did it, but I know of a couple ways.
First, captive bred tend to have much less defined stripes when compared to wild caught. Also, wild caughts are usually thinner than captive bred, and I believe that they also have narrower and more pointed heads. Therefore, these are captive bred because they have rounded heads, are not too elongate, and they do not have very defined stripes.

The pattern, and head shape. Although there is natural variationin pattern of wild specimens, it is not reduced to such an extreme as these are.

Also, the headshape of a wild del is narrow and pointed, versus farmies that are broad and rounded.

Hi,

OK Thanks! I have two little captive breed dels too...

Mine have a reduced pattern too, but i didn`t realise the difference in the shaping of the Head...

so this MUST be a captive breed del also? (Not mine)
