no, not showing off, i was hopeing it was a tern. but its not so i may keep it or trade it. it was sold 2 me as a s. mac so i wanted 2 make sure of I.D b4 i put him n with my pygos
 
Your gonna put that Mac with your pygos? Nice looking fish, bet his colors will get even better when he get comfortable in his new home.
 
IMO she looks like my rbp females right before they spawn.she swollen where the egg sack is.should find a thin male maybe you get lucky.

i dont think its a pygo, bcuz when i put him n wit my pygos they started 2 attack him so i moved him 2 my 125 long whit my 9' dlu diamond an plit the tank
 
I wasn't meaning it looks like a rbp. I ment when my rbp is about to spawn(bulging back there). Be hard to confuse that fish with a rbp.nice find! You get a good deal?looks nice.
 
If it were me I'd be finding about same size Mac but thinner!its that time of the year, new tank to both, I really think you could get lucky.
