It's Gachua, and is in a horrible tank.
Too bright, no foliage (plants/weeds), no hiding spots, and a tiny tank where it can hardly move.
This is why it looks so washed out and stressed.

Maybe channa maruliodes orEmperor Snakehead? The one in the video is a baby before adult that has a colourful pattern.
