It would help if you could get a close up shot.
Here are a couple motaguense to compare.
Young male

female

Wow , that’s really close. I keep concentrating on the black bloch on the lower gill plate. It looks identical to the Juvie picture posted. It hasn’t colored up yet. The smaller one follows the larger one around all the time.0

The black blotch on the gill plate often helps to tell gender in many Parachromis.

note how in males(above )it is surrounded by small spots, and slightly smaller
in females below, the area surrounding it is not spotted, and (to me) much more prominent

In the video below a wild friedrichstallii (at about 1 min), which looks (maybe) to be female. They are a few more juvies thoughout the video

Nice pictures and awesome video. So... it’s looking like I have 2 females right or still to young/ small to tell?

Your shots are not close up enough to get the detail I need to venture a guess.
I'd like to see a large close up of the head area to tell.
I tried to crop it but it blurred everything out.
BTW, It usually takes me 50 to 100 shots of any fish, before I get something I feel to be clear and accurate enough to use. I try to get the eye clear, and totally in focus, as a barometer of worth.
here is an example of what I mean

Your photos are now close enough, but too dark.
I tried to lighten them at bit, but that seemed to blur them out.

What ever it is, looks like a female to me, but at its young age it may be a premature call, and a motaguense would normally have much more color.
photos also not clear or light enough to be sure. If they are phone shots, you may need to find someone with a real camera, and provide light from above.
In this day of everybody and their cousin creating hybrids, you may never really be sure, especially if it came from a LFS.
