Please Identify My FH

the guy i got her from said that she's a female, but i just wanna make sure. how do i make her lay eggs?
what kind of clay pot should i use?
what to avoid?

what kind of FH is she??(kamfa,zz,whatever)
is her size good enough for breeding?
is her quality even good for breeding??

I don't know too much about fh's but she looks pretty decent in my eyes. My female layed eggs when she was 3 inches! She has nice pearls, u will notice when she is ready to breed. U can use flat round claypot for breeding. Find them at the local hardware store in the lawn and garden section.She looks like a zz to me . not too sure but I Know she looks a whole lot better than mine! hahah. Oh yea avoid keeping a male with her in the same tank unless you have a divider.

I don't know a whole lot about FH's either, but I really like yours.
The speckling is awesome.

I Can tell you one thing, it's a blue diamond, but to tell you if it's Kamfa or ZZ, I can not say. I've never seen a flowerhorn like yours!!! Nice Fish!!

i picked one up with similar coloring. not sure what type but curious to find out.

It is a ThaiMalau,
a cross between a ZZ and a GM,
nice looking also,
you can not make fish breed,
keep the water clean, put a clay plate in, get a male flowerhorn, and see what happens

Yes, it a female. Think it a GM aka golden monkey. Just find a male that big enough to stand up against her; otherwise she will kill him I been breeding fh for 4 yrs, that what i been doin to my fh
