Try using this minnow as bait for a bass or a feeder for your cichlids...

Just a hint incase your ignorance blinds you - at 6 feet long, that "fish bait" would swallow >90% of cichlid species and probably any bass you've ever caught.
As for the identification, I would guess flathead chub, platygobio gracilis.
