2x4's, plywood, foam, glue and screws cost less than $300. i glued and screwed pieces together and its crazy strong. i had to put in my 4' sump before the middle legs was installed. i know the stand is ugly right now, i still need to get some doors and cover the frame with plywood.

there are alot of good DIY threads. i'll try to find you some.

Here is a design for my 75. I have made changes because it will now be holding 2 75s



48" stand. So do a little math, multiply by 3, add a little more bracing maybe every 3' and use 2x6 for the top if you are nervious. Make your sump narrow, and longer to fit between the vertical bracing.
