dammit, everyone picks these up like nothing! I am sweating and scrambling to save money for one.....my god do I want one!

Why don't you go for a Curupira instead of a Aimara kevin? Kinda like a Vatf, more affordable + got the looks  I just got in the wolf business, picked up 4 different sp. so far & i'm aiming Curupira next when i get my paycheck

This looks very much like my wolf that was ID'd as H. Australis. Different markings though

Remember this? http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=299411

I will take some pics and post an update

The truth is that I have no idea on ID on Australis and other few...
My ID is base on what I have keep before. Those that I have yet to keep I dare not anyhow commit on anything... eg I feel that even Curupira might have 2 or more different type.. or just like aimara, same aimara but look different from different river.

For now I seen bro Jelly close up. It might not even be from Lacerdae from San Francisco, Brazil as the face marking is really very interesting.

Have to re read your thread as I didnt keep up, so many nice debate there.

I was thinking about it, but Curupira just do not get as big or as angry as Aimara...unless someone could correct me on this statement
